How To Read Russians President Putin Behavior Trying to unravel Putin’s motivation by short media clips revealing his physical manner would be completely misleading. Instead, to read Putin’s mind, we need to study his track record and dissect the Russian leader’s worldview in line with USSR history.
Putin Family History
Putin’s mother was a factory worker, and his father was a conscript in the Soviet Navy, serving in the submarine fleet in the early 1930s. Early in World War II, his father served in the destruction battalion of the NKVD. Later, he was transferred to the regular army and was severely wounded in 1942. Putin’s maternal grandmother was killed by the German occupiers of Tver region in 1941, and his maternal uncles disappeared on the Eastern Front during World War II…………
“On 1 September 1960, Putin started at School No. 193 at Baskov Lane, near his home. He was one of a few in the class of approximately 45 pupils who were not yet members of the Young Pioneer organization. At age 12, he began to practise sambo and judo. In his free time, he enjoyed reading the works of Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, and Lenin. Putin studied German at Saint Petersburg High School 281 and speaks German as a second language.”……….

Putin Studied Law for 14 Years
Putin studied law at the Leningrad State University, named after Andrei Zhdanov (now Saint Petersburg State University) in 1970 and graduated in 1975. His thesis was on “The Most Favored Nation Trading Principle in International Law”. While there, he was required to join the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and remained a member until it ceased to exist, when it was outlawed in August 1991.
Putin met Anatoly Sobchak, an assistant professor who taught business law,[e] and later became the co-author of the Russian constitution and the corruption schemes persecuted in France. Putin would be influential in Sobchak’s career in Saint Petersburg, and Sobchak would be influential in Putin’s career in Moscow…………
“Putin was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) and studied law at Leningrad State University, graduating in 1975. He worked as a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel, before resigning in 1991 to begin a political career in Saint Petersburg.
He moved to Moscow in 1996 to join the administration of President Boris Yeltsin. He briefly served as director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) and secretary of the Security Council before being appointed as prime minister in August 1999. After the resignation of Yeltsin, Putin became acting president, and less than four months later was elected outright to his first term as president and was reelected in 2004.”…………….
“In 1975, Putin joined the KGB and trained at the 401st KGB school in Okhta, Leningrad. After training, he worked in the Second Chief Directorate (counter-intelligence), before he was transferred to the First Chief Directorate, where he monitored foreigners and consular officials in Leningrad. In September 1984, Putin was sent to Moscow for further training at the Yuri Andropov Red Banner Institute. From 1985 to 1990, he served in Dresden, East Germany, using a cover identity as a translator. This period in his career is mostly unclear.”…………………..

Russian Nationalistic Influence
Return to the Soviet-Russian nationalism. Soviet Union 1922- 1991. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Union What is the Russian Nationalism Worldview? It is grounded on the Soviet Union worldview. Dialectic materialism. Russian Nationalistic Atheism.
How much did the University Law degree influence Putin’s personal life?
What was the purpose of going to a law school if he joined the KGB after graduation? Could there be a parallel between some Italian Mafia members being lawyers?
Acting like professional criminals. Less chance of being caught and sentenced for the crime. Russian President Putin is operating from an erroneous worldview. Similarly, to criminals operating from a false worldview. Their worldview is a subjective one.
They do not accept a Biblical Worldview, where the Creator of Life has the definitive last word on principles. Exodus 20. Do Not mean no! They don’t accept that the word no is an absolute prohibition.
They have no fear for the Creator of Life. Therefore, they violate the spirit of the Natural Law without any fear of God. Bad company corrupts.
1 Corinthians 15:33 (CJB).
“Don’t be fooled. “Bad company ruins good character.”
What influences could possibly corrupt Russian President Putin?
1. Soviet-Russian nationalism
2. Soviet Union Atheism
3. 16 years in the KGB
4. 31-year political career
5. Money, fame, and lifestyle prestige
What evidence is there that Putin has been corrupted?
• His worldview has inverted from a rational Biblical Worldview
• Putin’s spirit fears NATO. The spirit of NATO threatens his Nationalistic USSR spirit.
• Narcissistic personality traits. Cruelty, no mercy to society level humanity in military conflicts.
• Paranoia. Bad deeds are catching up with a guilty conscience.
• The ultra-sensitive conscience of the environment. Planning and writing self-script far in advance. Long table when meeting other leaders. Protecting self when events implode.
• Accusing the Ukraine leaders been Nazis. That is a clear sign that Putin’s worldview directly conflicts with the Jewish Holy Scriptures. Putin’s conscience attempts to flip (invert) a guilty conscience to a justified state of conscience. It is a mind game. USSR leaders did it in 1939-1971.
• Denialism. Soviet Union leaders were notorious for their denialism. 1939-945 war crimes and genocide. Putin’s pride of life temptations has ended him in the same rut as the Soviet Union leader’s corruption. It is a deep rut of self-deception by siding with evilness.
• According to the Biblical Worldview, Putin needs to be woken up to the reality of life.
Unfortunately, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin were also politicians lured into the trap of self-deception. In their self-deception, they killed millions of innocent lives. A narcissistic personality pushes the envelope until it is stopped.

Russia Has a New President Selected for Ukraine 2022. Why would anyone think otherwise? That does not mean that they will win over Ukraine resistance. Soviet Union invasion attempt on Finland 1939 failed.
You can be sure that the Russian Kremlin is far ahead of the Western world’s shock of the Russian invasion. Russian leaders have meticulously planned a change over the Ukraine Government. That may sound like fiction to those that have not read the Soviet Union’s history.
The setting was in 1939. The Soviet Union General was given orders From Stalin to plan an invasion and takeover of Finland so that Stalin could change of Government of Finland to be more compliant to Stalin’s whims.
What was the Soviet Union Invasion Plan in 1939?
SOVIET UNION INVASION PLAN 1939
The Soviet military forces were organized as follows:
The 7th Army, comprising nine divisions, a tank corps, and three tank brigades, was located on the Karelian Isthmus. Its objective was the city of Vyborg.
The force was later divided into the 7th and 13th Armies.
The 8th Army, comprising six divisions and a tank brigade, was located north of Lake Ladoga. Its mission was to execute a flanking maneuver around Lake Ladoga’s northern shore to strike at the rear of the Mannerheim Line.
The 9th Army was positioned to strike into Central Finland through the Kainuu region. Composed of three divisions with one more on its way. Its mission was to thrust westward to cut Finland in half.
The 14th Army, comprising three divisions, was based in the Arctic Port of Murmansk. Its objective was to capture the Arctic port of Petsamo and the Nickel mine and then advance south to Rovaniemi’s town. On November 30, 1939, Soviet forces crossed over the Finland border with 21 divisions, a total of 450,000 troops
Soviet Set Up A Puppet Government For Finland before the Invasion.
“Psychologically and politically, the Soviets had prepared Soviet puppet State representatives for the Finland government after the occupation.
The de-facto Kuusinen’s Government was a Soviet puppet set up as future Finland’s people’s Government.
They called it the Finnish National People’s Government.
It was signed on December 1, 1939.
Soviet Foreign Affairs Commissar Vyacheslav Molotov officially signed the agreement.
The Soviets mustered up vast resources for their push westwards towards Europe. Bolshevik’s lawlessness energy, Socialist ideology, and the Communist State Atheism megalomania for global domination.
The goals of the war against peace became blatantly clear as soon as the invasion had begun in 1939.
The goal was an occupation takeover, followed by a russification process. Subjugating people to Soviet Russian pseudo-socialism.
Spiritually it was the corrupting influence of the Nemesis, using temptations, exploiting others, and using political means and military power to move obstacles away from the communist leadership goals.
The Soviets set up a fake government for Finland’s future, led by Otto Ville Kuusinen, to his predecessor Terijo.
The Soviet armies also brought their army brass bands to play music at ceremonies.
Mr. Ville Kuusinen’s history goes back to 1918 to the time of the Expulsion of the Bolsheviks from Finland. They did not accept the Independence of Finland as a reality. They were obstinate in making Finland a communist country, with Russia in charge of Finland’s governance.
The de-facto Kuusinen’s government plan was signed by the Soviet foreign minister, Joseph Stalin, and the new Foreign Minister, Kuusinen, moved from Finland to Soviet Russia and created a political career as the Soviet Union in 1922 in the communist party of a changed state. Mr. Ville Kuusinen had signed an agreement with the Soviet Union leaders to replace the democratically elected Government in Finland that was elected into parliament in 1939.
Soviet Union State Atheism from 1922 to 1991 is revealing. It reveals the character flaw that rebellion and anarchy movements produce. It also reveals the primitive nature of paganism that is obstinate to the God-given Spirit of the Natural Law.
The ten instructions were given to humanity some 3460 years ago. (Exodus 20).
An extremely intelligent being who shared the information with humanity is described as God (YHWH).
Human incorrigibly obstinate self-will refuses to submit to the Spirit of the Natural Law.
People steal, covet, give false reports, disrespect parents, disrespect the Creator of Life, etc. They violate God-given instructions.
That sets off the violence, wars, divisions, and the same spiral of hatred escalates.
The Blind Stupidity of the Soviet-Russian Leadership.
How do the Soviet Russian leaders react to the God-given ten instructions?
The Soviet-Russian leaders blatantly violate them without any fear of God (YHWH).
Therefore, they are enemies of God. Therefore they deserve the damnation that goes to the enemies of God.
Romans 1:29-31 NIV
“They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. “
How does that list sit with the Russian leadership 2022? wickedness
wickedness
evil
greed
depravity
envy
murder
strife
deceit
malice
gossip
boastful
invent ways to do evil
disobey their parents
no understanding
no fidelity
no love
no mercy
All Bible based believers including Russian and the Ukraine Bible believers, should pray the Romans 1:29-31 verses to God, and ask God to honor his Holy Word, and to punish those that blatantly violate God’s will on earth. Soviet-Russian leaders are blatantly violating Gods will on earth by their evil deeds.
SOVIET PUPPET ATTEMPT ON FINLAND
“Teri-River (Teri-joki) pseudo Government was a Soviet set up intended to lead future Soviet Finland. Obtrusive and brutish, push and a shove to remove the rule of law from a democratic republic of Finland. A diabolical blunting and disregard for any genuine spiritual quality or effort for the human moral consciousness, for the democratic process. When Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler had agreed to the Nazi German-Soviet Pact of Aggression, of the Baltic States, and Finland, on the diabolical Satan scale, 1-10, it is already peaking from the 1939 Poland invasion at around 8 points. It peaks further for the Soviet leadership in 1940 with the Genocide of the 22,000 Polish nationals. And for the Soviet troops heading to Germany,”

Strong healthy living can put up preventative barriers and avoid the trappings of addictions.
The disease of addiction has trapped people from all age groups. People of every age group struggle with addiction, but some group makes up a larger percentage than others.
Teenagers, adults, middle-aged persons, and senior/old people face their own unique challenges on their road to recovery.
Getting sober is comparatively hard for old people, especially those at the ‘after-retirement-stage’ of their lives. Their recovery from addiction is unique and requires special attention, considering their problems are mostly overlooked.
Problems faced by old individuals in their recovery:
Habits are Entrenched:
There is a popular saying, “you can’t teach old dog new tricks.” It means that people of old age will experience more difficulty learning new things or making changes in their lives.
We establish a few habits in our lives as we age. Every year as our age-progressed, these habits become part of our lives. It will feel like you cannot leave your habits behind, no matter what. And that makes a recovery more typical. A decade-old lifestyle is challenging to change. However, it can be done by providing proper care and support. Understanding their dilemma and their struggles will help a lot in recovery.
Managing Responsibilities is Hard:
Even in old age, a person has many responsibilities like due loans, upcoming retirement, children or grandchildren, community obligations, etc.
Due to these responsibilities, attending group sessions and meetings becomes relatively tricky. Life can be complicated, and sometimes your health doesn’t support you to manage all the chaos. Just like habits, responsibilities are also hard to manage and require support and understanding. Family members or employers should help them to make time for group meetings for recovery.
They Couldn’t find the Reasons to Change:
An addict’s psychology tends to overlook the crisis of addiction until the situation gets terrible. And the same goes for their family. They think everything is fine until something drastic happens. If a person has carried his/her addiction in their later years, they may feel like there is no point in changing their behaviors or habits. They feel like they have no mental or health problems, so there is no need to change anything.
Everything is okay the way it is.
For example, suppose a person is smoking from adulthood and manages to get through it later in his life without facing major health issues. In that case, he will feel like there is no need to change his habit. It is not harming his health, or he is immune to the dangers of smoking.
Suppose something has become a part of a person’s life, and he is facing no negative consequences from it. In that case, it will become a significant struggle to change that habit.
In these cases, we need to teach, motivate, and make them realize that what could possibly happen to them if they do not quit. Or make them realize how important they are to you, and you are just not ready to let them go.
Presence of Strong Triggers:
When an old age person struggles with addiction, then his/her brain remembers so many persons, places, and paraphernalia linked with the feeling of being drunk or high. The Euphoria attached to these places or persons can act as potential triggers and manifold the relapse chances. When a person re-encounters them in his/her life, they experience a strong urge to use their substance again. Their brain loses all rational thoughts and strongly focuses on triggers and Euphoria of getting high.
Everyone in the recovery faces problems with triggers, but older people’s triggers are the most stable ones.
Think about it.
Suppose a person has a happy memory of drinking with family. In that case, it will be impossible for that person to cut out those people from his/her life. But if he will not do it, that same family will serve as a potent trigger for his/her, increasing the chances of relapse.
Before getting old, they had felt many changes in their lives regarding jobs, family, and friends, but it all becomes stable at this age.
Conclusion:
Recovery in old age is comparatively more difficult. We have to understand their struggle and help them accordingly. Although the recovery is much more challenging than people with different age groups, it is not impossible. Try to find the right way to achieve your goal while considering all the factors.
Socialist and communist ideology has crept into American culture and education. At the same time, America is threatened by foreign adversaries, with China’s Communist Party being the greatest opponent of all.
In this exclusive interview with Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, we sit down to discuss this watershed moment in America’s history, and what he believes the future holds.
Will this great American experiment into republican governance survive or will it fail?
This is American Thought Leaders 🇺🇸, and I’m Jan Jekielek.
Mr. Jekielek: You were saying that there are people who were breaking the rules and that they were serving something different than what you were expecting. What were they serving?
Gen. Flynn: I think [in] many cases, they’re serving a selfishness and elements within our government, and they were serving a corrupted culture that was created. We can define it with different words, but it’s a corrupted culture in our government that was created not in a moment or a few months: the spying on the campaign, or the spying on the transition, or the spying that was done in the government once, in this case, President Trump took over in 2017.
That corrupt culture wasn’t created in a period of a year. It evolved over certainly a decade, maybe longer, and so that corrupted culture that exists right inside this circle of a beltway that we’re almost in the middle of right now. That culture is what was being served.
There are definitely people inside of that culture who are leading and enabling that culture, and I won’t go into the names of those people. Everybody who watches this can go dig them up, or certainly, they know who I’m talking about. That culture is a culture of unaccountability and above it all, and that’s dangerous to a constitutional republic that is supposed to have absolute respect for the rule of law.
Again, going overseas [to] many places and talking to foreign allies, partners, other countries that I’ve been in, we talked to them about our rule of law and [suggested], “You should be more like us.” That’s a very, very serious thing, and we’ve been doing that for a long time because we believe in America as this land.
We don’t have all these illegal immigrants coming here because it’s a lousy place to come to. It’s a great place to come to, and they’re knocking on the doors of embassies around the world to try to get here or they’re [already] here, not because it’s a lousy place to come to, [but] because it’s this land of hope and opportunity.
But now we have this egregious behavior in the highest levels of our government, and the culture of those institutions have shifted, and shifted, like I said, not in six months or a year. It shifted over a long period of time, and now it’s exposed. Now it’s exposed. So I pray that there is an accounting of inappropriate behavior, and it’s criminal behavior in some cases. I pray that there’s an accounting of that, certainly, if not here on earth, then it’ll be accounting somewhere else, and I believe that.”
Michigan Poll Observer: “Military Ballots Looked Like ‘Xerox Copies,’ All for Biden”.
A woman who said she was a poll observer at the TCF Center in Detroit on Election Day testified in front of a Michigan State Senate hearing that she saw numerous military ballots that looked like “Xerox copies” and were all allegedly marked for Democrat Joe Biden.
The woman, who only identified herself as Patty and said she has nine years’ worth of experience, told the lawmakers that “military ballots … looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot. They were all for Biden across the board; there wasn’t a single Trump vote.”
“None of the voters [were] registered,” election workers “had to manually enter the names and address and a birth date of 1/1/2020, which would override the system and allow them to enter non-registered voters, of which I saw several … throughout the day,” Patty said.
The woman said that when she and other GOP observers tried to challenge them, election officials “would tell us ‘no.'”
At one point, the poll observer alleged that when military ballots came in, she and others were told by election officials “to take a break.”
“There were lots of agitators at the TCF Center” who allegedly worked on “behalf of the Democratic Party,” Patty also told lawmakers. She added that GOP poll observers were told to go upstairs to eat. In contrast, the purported agitators and Democratic poll challengers got food brought in and were able to eat on the same floor, suggesting the unequal treatment of observers.
None of the bipartisan group of lawmakers disputed her account. She provided no other details.
Michigan’s Secretary of State’s office has not responded to a request for comment.
John James, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, has said he received multiple reports of irregularities and abnormalities in Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Night, including poll challengers and poll workers who reported feeling harassed and unable to do their jobs.
In an interview with The Epoch Times, Melissa Carone—a freelance IT contractor who worked at the TCF Center for Dominion Voting Systems—alleged that she saw “countless workers rescanning the batches without discarding them first” on Election Day and beyond. Carone also testified at the Tuesday hearing, saying that she saw workers rescanning ballots up to “8 to 10 times.”
Dominion has said, in response to other allegations, that “no credible reports or evidence of any software issues exist,” while saying that “vote counts are conducted by the county and state election officials, not by Dominion.”
Previously, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said there is no evidence of voter fraud or irregularities that would overturn the state’s election results, which has 16 Electoral College votes.
“Where evidence exists of actual fraud or wrongdoing, it should be submitted in writing to the Bureau of Elections, which refers all credible allegations to the Attorney General’s office for further investigation,” Benson said earlier this month.”……………. (The Epoch Times).
5 New Year’s Resolutions for Homeowners in 2020 is a forward looking guide towards making the right decisions in a timely manner.
Are you a
homeowner? If so, you take a lot of
pride in your home. You should. That is not all you should do. If you are a homeowner, you should center
your New Year’s resolution around your home.
How? Continuing reading on for a
few ideas.
1 – Review Your
Mortgage
Whether you bought a
home two years ago or twelve years ago, you may have a mortgage. If so, review yours. When you applied for a mortgage, how was your
credit? If it was weak, you might have a
mortgage with a high-interest rate or other money costing restrictions. If your credit rating has significantly
improved since then, see if you can redo your mortgage and get a lower interest
rate.
Not only should you
make your New Year’s resolution to be lowering your mortgage payment, but building
on-time payments. In fact, if you have
extra money to contribute to your mortgage, do so. The more you pay off your mortgage, the less
likely you are to fall victim to foreclosure.
2 – Review of
Insurance Coverage.
Homes with mortgages
must be covered by homeowner’s insurance.
Homeowner’s insurance not only provides you with protection but your
financial lender too. If your plan was
preselected for you or if you haven’t reviewed your insurance coverage in
years, now is the time to do so.
In terms of insurance
coverage, you should focus less on money spent and more on quality. Of course, you want affordable coverage, but
make sure you are protected in the event of a flood, fire, or break-in. If this is your New Year’s resolution, it
will only take a few minutes to achieve, but it is an essential step for all
homeowners.
3 – Make Needed
Repairs
Many homeowners put
off repairs. Some do not have the money
to spend, while others can’t seem to find the time to make them. Regardless of your decision to put off home
repairs, don’t. Make this your year to
improve your home. When making repairs,
first fix those that may pose a risk to others, such as a broken step. Then, focus on those that are costing you
money, such as a leaky faucet. Then,
tackle the smaller repairs that are easy to fix, such as a cupboard door that
does not close right.
4 – Save Money
As previously stated,
many homeowners do not make needed repairs because of costs. When you own a home, you always need to save
money. All homeowners should have a
safety net. This safety net can not only
help with the cost of repairs but mortgage payments. If you become injured and miss work, your
safety net can help you make the mortgage payment.
While all homeowners
are encouraged to save money, some find it harder than others. It is no secret that owning a home is
expensive. If you need help saving
money, trim your expenses. Don’t get rid
of your internet, phone, or cable, but opt for more affordable packages. Eliminate unnecessary purchases. By making your coffee at home instead of
buying it on the way to work, you could save $100 or more a year. Take all money saved and deposit into a high-interest
savings account. Hopefully, you will not
need to use it, but it is there if you do.
5 – Make Your Home
Energy Efficient
Even if your home does not need any repairs, you can and still should make them. Many homeowners waste money on utility bills. By taking a step to make your home energy-efficient, you can not only save money but help the environment. If you must start in small steps. Replace all light bulbs with energy-efficient bulbs, insulate your water heater with an energy-saving blanket, and so forth.

Kilpisjärvi literally translated is Kilpis lake. See articles at http://laplandguide.org Kilpisjärvi skiing holiday destination Review. Take a look at my Kilpisjärvi skiing holiday destination Review article and watch the videos from the Kilpis-lake skiing holiday location.
– Bloggers Guide to Arctic Finland
Kilpisjärvi skiing Review
“Kilpisjärvi skiing Review tells the story of the many fantastic opportunities there are for the various types of skiing, whether it is cross country skiing, backcountry skiing or telemark style skiing in the backcountry of the Lapland. The location of this high mountain plateau lake town named kilpijärvi is in the far North West arm of Finland, at the border of Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The waters of the Kilpis-lake meet all three of the above countries, the East of the Kilpi-lake in Finland, and on the West side of the Kilpis-lake is Sweden and upstream of the Kilpis-lake in Norway. The Kilpis-lake altitude is some 473 meters above the sea level. The exact location of the Kilpis-lake is about 50 km south from the Norway town of Skibothn, and 150 km from Norway Tromssa. 280 North West of Kittilä airports, and some 429 km North West from the city of Rovaniemi. Kilpisjärvi (Kilpis-lake) is excellent for the telemark skiers because of the long winter season; the reason for the cold climate is twofold. The far north proximity, parallel line, the coordinates being: 69°02′57″ North. 20°47′40″East. Backcountry skiing at kilpis-lake.”
“The kilpis-lake environment offers great backcountry skiing opportunities with the rolling hills of the tundra, there are vast open areas where to ski using backcountry skies. The access to these areas can be made by using the cross country ski tracks to initially get out of the town area or to ski some distance on the frozen Kilpis-lake, and then to go back country when the landscape look suitable for the kind of experience one is after. The daily climate conditions and the time of the season also can determine where and when to go, and how long for. The spring season is most likely to be the most predictable over the autumn and winter seasons. Caution must always be taken, because it is at relatively high altitude, 500-1000 meters, and the weather can change dramatically from one day to the next. Day one may be a brilliant calm bluebird, the following day may be a snow blizzard with no visibility to navigate from the environment, the weather does change from one day to the next, even in the spring season the bright sunny days are followed by clouds, snow falls and winds.”
Kilpisjärvi skiing Review for the first time visitors
“Kilpisjärvi skiing Review communicates the information about kilpis-lake with pictures from the location, video footage, audio on video and text articles like the one you are reading here. So do watch the videos, there are currently at least 2 of them with content from the kilpisjärvi, like the Kilpisjärvi Holiday Destination video. There is also a picture gallery with picture images from the kilpis-lake, you can see the pictures from this link at Arctic Finland holiday destination.”
“The cross country ski trails loops are several, there is one that goes on the frozen kilpis-lake to the three border crossing point, from the kilpis hotel it is 38 km two ways. The other one is around the Saana tundra, heading east from the town uphill to get around the Saana tundra and head north to get around it. The total distance around Saana is approx 20 km from memory. The return back to the town is done skiing south on the frozen kilpis-lake for about 5-7 km distance. The other ski trail that I have never been on is the one that goes all the way to the Halti tundra, it is a distance of some 50 km away. It is not a groomed trail, but rather a snowmobile trail that gets also used by the fat bikes. (push bikes with fat tires). The Halti tundra is the highest point in Finland, at 1365 meters above sea level.”
“As you can see for yourself, the landscape of Kilpisjärvi is spectacular, and the access to the surrounding environment is also accessible, which makes it more user-friendly and safe for visitors to enjoy. The more extreme mountain alps are up north on the Norway side, or further away on the west on Sweden side of the border. In the middle of this high mountain, the plateau is the mountain lake kilpis-lake, which makes the environment relatively flat and easy to access the surrounding rolling tundra hills and fells. Thank you for visiting http://www.laplandguide.org and finding out more information on the mountain lake town named kilpisjärvi. Please do share the video links with your friends and share your likes as well. Have a great next holiday season.”
Mountain Lake Kilpisjärvi
“A mountain lake kilpisjärvi is up on a mountain plateau about 50 km south of the Norway coastal town Skibothn, at 473-meter altitude, the mountain lake also has a small town on it’s Eastern shore bank named after the lake. Translated into English, Kilpis-järvi means Kilpis-lake. The location of the Kilpis-lake is about 50 km south from the Norway town of Skibothn, and 150 km from Norway Tromssa. 280 North West of Kittilä airports, and some 429 km North West from the city of Rovaniemi.”
“The Kilpis-lake climate is characteristically a mountain climate, with occasional strong gusts of winds, with thick and heavy snowfalls. The seasonal temperatures also reflect the high altitude. Kilpis-lake enjoys a cool mountain climate, with a long winter snow season stretching out well into the spring season April-May. The sub-zero winter temperatures start in October with the average low temperature for the month being -3.2 ‘C. The daily mean sub-zero temperatures last for 8 months until June the following year, with average low temperate being 3.6’C according to the Kilpis-järvi climate data.”
Recreational activities at Kilpis-lake
“There are a lot of recreational activities at Kilpis-lake at all seasons of the year; currently, it is the spring season in early April, so I will cover the winter snow activities here more in detail.”
Are you looking to retire within the next two to three years? If so, it is imperative that you are prepared to make the leap. Retirement can be a fun and exciting time in your life, but only if you are fully prepared for it. To make sure that you are, please continue reading on.
Before retiring from your job, make sure that you and your spouse are adequately covered by health insurance. Not taking this step can be costly and it can have a negative impact on your retirement savings.
Most senior citizens are able to qualify for Medicare. Do you? If so, complete your paperwork and signup right away. You do not want to create any lapses in coverage. If you do not qualify for Medicare yet, be sure to examine other avenues of coverage. Can you purchase affordable health insurance or can you extend your current health insurance plan with your trusted insurer?
Before retiring from your job, make sure that both you and your spouse are covered with the right amount of life insurance. Do you have a private life insurance policy? If not, now is the time to get one. Some employers would terminate an employee’s life insurance policy if it were provided and paid for by the company. As your age increases, life insurance is a must, so make sure that you are covered.
If you have been contributing to your company’s 401(k) plan and an IRA, you need to decide when to start withdrawing this money, as well as how you want to do so. Do you want to receive one large, lump sum payment? If you are unsure, it may be best to first consult with a financial advisor. In fact, when doing so, be sure to ask about all rules and restrictions. If you withdrawal your money from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) before the written guidelines, you may be charged a penalty.
Over the past few years, you likely developed a clear vision of what your years in retirement would look like. Where do you want to live? What type of property do you want to live in? What activities do you want to enjoy? Do you want to start your own small business? Your retirement savings are likely based on your retirement wants and needs. Now is the time to make any last minute changes, as you still have a couple of years to save additional money.
Do you foresee yourself making a large purchase shortly? These purchases can include a new home or a car. If so, now is the time to make them, mainly if you will depend on financing from a professional lender. Some lenders will give loans to those in retirement, but some are also cautious of doing so, due to fixed income living. That is why you are encouraged to make all large purchases before you enter into retirement.
The points mentioned above are just a few of the many that you will want to examine and take action when needed. As a reminder, if you plan to retire in two or three years, you still have time to save for retirement. Contribute any amount that you can to your 401(k) or Individual Retirement Account (IRA). When it comes to retiring, there is no such thing as having too much money.
Happy New year 2019 Greetings!

As with any kind of investment, the chances of your timeshare investment ending up in fraud or scam are very much possible. A hoax or a fraud can prove devastating for you both financially and mentally. It may take a while for you to recover from its backlash. Those of you who have already been a victim of these notorious frauds and scams can understand the trauma that they have experienced and gone through. That dream vacation that you may have been planning for a long time ended up being a nightmare for you.
But if you think you are the first person to have been scammed hold on there are many more people may be in hundreds who have been the victim of this unscrupulous behavior of some individuals.
As a matter of fact, the timeshares are one of the safest ways of experiencing many favorite vacation places. How about a secluded journey to the geographical wonders of the world? How about that romantic getaway in a beach resort? Sounds exciting, but these are one of the marketing tactics used by the scammers to lure people into thinking about buying a timeshare. In fact, this is their first victory in setting a trap for you. This does not mean that every timeshare company who uses this tactic would be a scammer. The essence of that is to be precautious and not get impulsive about it in the first go. Always think and rethink before making a decision on buying a timeshare. Restrain yourselves to the maximum.
One of the essential criterions is selecting a right timeshare company. As a rule of thumb, always go with large, well-established timeshare companies who have been in the business for years. In this way, you know their history very well and their reputation in the market. They are less likely to fraud a person than a new or a small company. This is applicable when it comes to the resale of your timeshare property.
Many times the charming style of marketing techniques of these scammers can easily raise red flags, and you can avoid being scammed. It first starts with an invitation to a timeshare presentation. They offer you a gift if you attend the performance which may look expensive but in reality is not. Sometimes they may also inform you that you have won an award and you can claim it by attending the free presentation.
When you fall prey to it and visit the function/ presentation which turns to be nothing more than a gimmick.
They start using pressure selling techniques, and they won’t let you go out unless they have you sign something just like dealers selling used cars who say “we will sell you this car for this much price if you buy it today.”
They may say the property is only 5 minutes walk from the beach, but in reality, it may turn out to be 15 minutes away from the beach. Sometimes the property might not be the same they described in their presentation taking advantage of the fact that nobody would go to Florida or Carolina to see the property themselves before buying it. And in some rare cases, the property might not even exist at all. What we learn from this is to read the fine printed lines in the invitation if you are sent one. Never ever succumb to their pressure tactics and refuse to sign any kind of paper.
A much better idea is to consult a lawyer before signing any contract documents and see if all the promises that were made verbally are being fulfilled or not. Do your homework before buying a timeshare by researching the market prices in the location you are buying. And also ask for contact numbers of the previous customers. Make sure you call them and find out everything you want to know about the company and their properties.
